ChatGPT sucks at creating Product Requirements

At Boggl.ai, we are trying to be AI first.

Being an app that helps PMs create kickass Product Requirements, we have been trying out AI to help autogenerate PRDs.

After repeated testing, we figured that it is just not reliable enough for Product folks & Founders.

It is probably a passable boiler plate. But by no means is it something that brings actual value.

ChatGPT has worked beautifully for Developers, but what about Product teams?

Developers find immense value with the current form of AI with Github’s copilot autocompleting code in a pretty flawless way.

However code is more or less deterministic, strategy isn’t.

The effort that goes into editing text far outweighs the benefit of autogenerating PRDs through chatGPT- this is why OpenAI hasn’t picked up amongst PMs like it has for developers.

Compiling requirements is not just an act of data.Human intuition, wisdom & even in some cases, emotional intelligence plays a role in how you convey your vision to your team.

So, how can AI help Product Managers?

At Boggl.ai, we apply AI to specific aspects of your PRD for accurate output of different document types.

✅ Internal Release Notes ✅ External Release Notes ✅ Customer Product Document ✅ Test Cases ✅ Market Plan ✅ Competitor Analysis

Your PRD is a single source of truth for all AI outputs & this makes all product documents you generate on Boggl.ai meaningful & accurate!
